We collaborate closely with our customers to incorporate the latest thin-film coating technologies into everyday production. Our support encompasses the entire process—from concept and coating development to system design and full-scale implementation—enabling fully automated, high-volume manufacturing. The next generation of Bipolar HiPIMS technology is now available across all power supply units, delivering an average power range of 6 to 20 kW.
In recent years, we have witnessed the substantial impact of positive voltage reversal on coating performance. This has been demonstrated through applications such as low-friction DLC coatings, hard metal nitrides, and metal oxides. This new phase, featuring fully controllable positive voltage reversal in both duration and amplitude, enables us to further fine-tune the positive pulse effect for each specific application.
